Overview
The offer provides investors with the opportunity to participate as joint developers of the Eastwood apartment complex, which is 36 low rise residential apartments plus common property built within walking distance to the Eastwood train station and retail shopping strip.

 

Eastwood is just a 20 minute drive from the Sydney CBD via Lane Cove tunnel. Situated in a well established suburb with a diverse population, Eastwood enjoys the convenience of nearby facilities including a primary school, pre school, train station, bus stops, hospital, doctors and dentists, shopping strip and police. Objective & Strategy
The objective of the Fund is to maximise returns to investors through the development of the Eastwood apartment complex. Quantum Management Ltd, is the manager and responsible entity of the Fund and actively manages the development.

 

The manager has selected the property based upon the central location and proximity to local amenities, and will actively manage the development to maximise the value that is created through the development process. The manager has also employed multiple exit avenues for the successful sale of the completed apartments.
