Overview
The offer provides investors with the opportunity to participate as joint owners of 4 retail lots at the iconic Woolloomooloo Wharf, which is located within a retail, commercial, residential and hotel mixed wharf development.
The lots are constructed over a historic wharf situated in Woolloomooloo bay, which was originally built in 1910 and fully refurbished in 2000. The 4 lots are fully leased to four restaurants trading as Kingsleys Steak & Crabhouse, Otto Ristorante, Nove Cucina & Manta.
Objective & Strategy
The objective of the Fund is to maximise returns to investors through the active management of the tenants and lease profile at the Wharf. Quantum Funds Management Ltd, is the manager and responsible entity of the Fund and actively manages the development.
The manager has selected the property based upon its key waterfront location, and will actively manage the property to maximise the value that is created through the hold period, by working with the tenants to grow their turnover and increase the property base rents. The manager will also employed multiple exit avenues for the successful sale of the lots either individually or in one line.
