Syndicate Introduction
This investment is structured using a Unit Trust that purchased
the property and operates the Storage King business. Units
were offered to investors via Quantum Securities Pty Ltd
a licensed security dealer. The building works and upgrade
were managed by Storage
King Services Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Storage King
Pty Ltd (the licensee of the Storage King brand). This facility
is managed by Storage King Pty Ltd.

27 Mars Road was purchased by the trust in September 1999,
as a vacant possession industrial site.
The trust then spent the next few months upgrading the
site to one of the largest self-storage facility in Australia.
The facility is trading in a competitive market, however
continues to increase its yearly average occupancy.
The facility recorded an average occupancy yield of $156
per square metre for the 2002 financial year
