2. Prior to opening the file:

Please note that the file contains macros. Therefore, you will need to adjust your security settings in Microsoft Excel to the lowest level.

To adjust the security setting : -
1. Open up MS Excel
2. Select Tools => Options
3. A dialog box will appear. Select the “Security” tab located on the top right hand corner of the box.
4. Press the “Macro Security” button
5. Select the lowest security level.
6. Click “OK” to exit.

You will need to verify each information sheet completed. This is done by marking the check boxes located at the end of the relevant sheet. We will not process your return if the information sheets are not verified by you.
